Job description:
- Technical Support is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to Intlaq software products.
Responsibilities:
- Train individuals on how to use technical products and services.
- Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved
- Produce periodic reports of technical support operations to the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent knowledge of English and Microsoft Office Applications
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly
